The fruit wax line is a product designed by Burg for cleaning, degreasing, waxing and drying of fruit. All these actions take place in one machine. Waxing fruit forms a barrier against moisture loss, prevents bruising and delays the browning of the fruit. Thanks to the wax layer, the fruit is protected against bacteria during storage.
