The dryer is a product designed by Burg for drying and polishing wet fruit. The dryer is equipped with bars: bars are placed between the sponges to transport the fruit over the sponges. Ideal to transport fruits like pears over the dryer in the most efficient and gentle way. This system is suitable for sensitive types of fruit. The fruit comes out of the machine dried and polished, ready for packaging.
